Worst customer service

By far the worst app i have used yet. Shows my age wrong on my profile. I tested it on a girl friend that I have and sent her a DM and a superlike. She never received the like or the DM. I have contacted their support team but have not heard anything back from them. Very unhappy with this app

Range doesnt work, when you put that to local it shows people as far as 2000 miles away.

Persian app without a doubt. I thought tinder is khasis. You have about a few swipes including declined matches. Baba joon, I get developers want to be pooldar, but up the game a bit.

I’ve used it since a couple months ago and liked the constant improvements on the app. Its much quicker and more user friendly with the recent updates. Im using an iPhone 6 . Integration with Facebook is convenient.

The UI is poorly made and full of bugs. You want your bio to be more than 2 lines? Too bad, cause half of the text is going to stick out of the display and not be visible. Also you have to manually edit your pictures to make them fit on the screen if youre importing them from facebook. The app is really slow, and dont even support standard features of the similar apps. You have to refresh the message thread every time you get a new message, or it wont show it. Number of users and worse, DAUs are a disaster. There are literally no users around my area even though I live in the second most populated Persian community in the U.S. I wont be surprised if the number of DAUs are less than 1000, but they still demand a paid premium account which really offers no value when the user base is already this low. It only receives two stars from me just because I liked their idea of an all-Iranian dating app, but the engineering, and their business model cant be any worse.

dating No success yet, but user friendly and fairly wide range of people to look through. Fairly solid paywalls for actually meeting people however.

Ive been using Sheytoon for a few months now and its a terrific app for any Persians looking to date other Persians or to simply make new friends. The app developer team at Sheytoon is very nice and helpful as well. Very communicative group. The new update to the app was a huge upgrade to the interface and is much more user friendly. Definitely recommend to any Persians looking to find someone for themselves. ?????

Thanks for the great support and fast acting update and making the app better! Only thing now is to find more people to use the app. If youre my future wife reading this review, please download the app! Lol ?

Disappointed.

If there are no other people in your area, you cant do anything. You cant edit your profile or even go to your messages. Youre just stuck on a grey screen. This is ridiculous. Do you test the poorly written apps you write?

Wheres the restore purchase?? Says Im already a subscriber so I push OK and it does nothing but ask me to pay again. Cant do anything if nobody is in my area.

Honestly, a lot better than it seems... The support was quick to respond too
